Xavier Williams

Chief Executive Officer

Xavier Williams is a veteran in the telecommunications and technology industries and brings a wealth of expertise to the CEO role. Before joining AVCtechnologies Xavier served in several leadership capacities over the past 30 years at AT&T (NYSE: T) across multiple disciplines, including finance, strategy, sales, product management, global operations, and human resources. Xavier is commissioned to drive sustainable, industry-leading growth that benefits employees, shareholders, and the communities in which AVCtechnologies operates.

Mr. Williams has received several awards, including an Honorary Doctorate from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, the AT&T Chairman’s Diversity Award, the Eagle Award for outstanding leadership from the National Eagle Leadership Institute, and the USA Freedom Corps’ Award for Dedication to Volunteer Services.  Xavier received recognition as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America by Savoy magazine, one of the Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America by Black Enterprise magazine, one of the Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders by Diversity MBA magazine, and one of the Wash100 leaders in government contracting by Executive Mosaic (an international leadership organization).

Michael Dennis

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Dennis is a veteran in the telecommunications and technology industries with twenty-five years of executive leadership and strategic execution leveraged across AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Avaya. Over the course of his career, he held various Executive Leadership positions responsible for sales, sales operations, customer service, manufacturing, professional services, and digital platform management. Most notable, during his tenure at Avaya as Group Vice President, Michael managed a service revenue portfolio of $3+ billion and led the growth of technology equipment and professional service revenue.

Mr. Dennis is an entrepreneur with a proven track record for delivering extraordinary results by leveraging executive relationships to drive sales growth and access to new opportunities and partnerships. He was the principal owner of General Sports Venue-Astro Turf, a certified minority business enterprise and national synthetic turf company with exclusive rights to the AstroTurf brand, which he sold in 2009.

Mr. Dennis has a BA from Dartmouth College and has completed multiple executive programs – Darden School of Business, University of Virginia; Haas Business School, University of California at Berkeley; and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Lou Hutchinson

Chief Growth Officer

Lou Hutchinson is an accomplished and top-ranked leader with more than 20 years of C-Suite experience. Prior to joining AVCtechnologies Lou was the Senior VP / Chief Revenue Officer at WGL Holdings, Inc. from 2014 – 2018. Before WGL Holdings, Dr Hutchinson spent seven years as the Senior VP, Global – Public Sector & Energy Efficiency Sales at Constellation an Exelon Co. Lou held several other C-Suite roles including CEO & CTO at Crunchy Technologies and VP Public Sector Sales at Netscape Communications.

Mr. Hutchinson earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Statistics from the George Washington University, and a Master’s of Divinity and a Doctorate of Theology from Wesley Theological Seminary.

Sheila Marks-Jolivette

Chief Administrative Officer

Mrs. Marks-Jolivette brings over three decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology space. She worked for Southwestern Bell, SBC, and AT&T AT&T (NYSE:T) across a diverse spectrum of roles including strategy, sales, operations, and global marketing.  Leading large scale teams through transformation and the pursuit of disruptive innovation is her proudest quest as an executive.  Sheila is responsible for direct strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, and tactical support for the Executive Team at AVCtechnologies.

Mrs. Marks-Jolivette actively serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Inspiring Tomorrow’s Leaders, Inc., a 501c3 organization.  She has received numerous awards and honors, including SWB Outstanding Achievement Sales Operation Award, AT&T Key Contributor Awards, induction in Prosperity Now Racial Wealth Divide Initiative – Building High Impact Nonprofits of Color People, and recently received an induction to Dallas Economic Opportunity Leadership Academy, sponsored by Aspen Institute, United Way, and Community Foundation of Texas.

Tom King

Chief Financial Officer

Thomas H. King was the Chief Financial Officer of Tier One Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries from January 2017 to June 2019, after serving as its interim Chief Financial Officer from January 2016 to December 2017. Prior to January 2016, Mr. King served as Chief Financial Officer to numerous private equity sponsored companies primarily as an engagement partner with Tatum, a Randstad Company.

Also while at Tatum, he was Chief Financial Officer at Allied Systems Holdings, Inc. from August 2004 until September 2008 and served as Vice President-Finance at Rock-Tenn Company (currently known as WestRock Company) from November 2000 to July 2004. Mr. King was also an Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. King received a MS Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Graham McGonigal

Chief Strategy Officer

Graham McGonigal served as Chief Network Officer at Vonage Holdings (NYSE: VG) from December 2015 to February 2018, and as Senior Vice President of Network Operations at Vonage from February 2012 to December 2015. Mr. McGonigal has more than 30 years of technical experience and has held senior leadership roles within AT&T (NYSE: T), Cingular Wireless and Bellsouth.

From September 2007 to January 2012, Mr. McGonigal was the Chief Operating Officer at MasTec Network Solutions, a division of MasTec Inc. (NYSE: MTZ). At AT&T Mobility, Mr. McGonigal led the national data and service delivery networks and created highly competitive wireless data networks. Mr. McGonigal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Mercer University.

Dominick Passanante

Chief Commercial Officer

Dominick Passanante brings over 25 years of industry experience with extensive knowledge in developing sales channels and programs designed to accelerate profitable growth. Prior to joining AVCtechnologies, Mr. Passanante was the Vice President of Sales and Channel Operations at Panasonic, where he was responsible for setting strategy and sales execution for the US sales team. Under his leadership, Panasonic’s #1 market share position increased significantly within the Public Sector and Utility market.

Mr. Passanante previously held various senior level positions at Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) in finance, operations, and sales over a 20-year period. He was a member of the Executive Council for the IT Alliance for Public Sector (ITAPS) and in 2018, Mr. Passanante was recognized by CRN magazine as Channel Chief for his commitment to Panasonic’s reseller program that addressed the evolving needs of the channel ecosystem.

Mr. Passanante holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Master Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Faisal Bhutto

President, Cloud & Cybersecurity Solutions

Faisal Bhutto is an industry veteran with 20 plus years of information technology and cybersecurity experience. He leads the Cloud & Cybersecurity business unit. Faisal has been at the forefront of several technology trends and transitions, including deploying the first production Cisco UC environment in Texas in the early 2000s at the forefront of the TDM PBX transition to VoIP. Capitalizing on the multitenancy capabilities of that platform he built UCaaS for companies to take advantage of this revolutionary enterprise technology trend further building a Managed Services powerhouse. Today, he is responsible for the fast-growing and industry-leading Cloud, Managed Services, and Security business.  Faisal holds a B.S. in Mathematics and completed his Master’s in Business Administration summa cum laude from the University of Houston.  In addition, he holds the industry’s most prestigious CCIE certification.  He also serves on several technology boards including the Global Technology Advisory board for Cisco.

Worth Davis

President, Provider Solutions

Worth Davis leads the innovative technology and professional services business unit, supporting the evolution of global clients’ technology foundation. He has more than 25 years of industry experience in executive leadership positions with several Global 500 companies. Mr. Davis is responsible for refining the vendor portfolio and ensuring the company stays on the forefront of the IT industry. As the chief architect, his responsibilities include discovering and putting into practice disruptive solutions to ensure our customers stay ahead of its competitors. Mr. Davis leads a seasoned team of Senior Solution and Design Architects focused on Data Center, Collaboration, and Enterprise Networking technologies. Prior to this, Mr. Davis spearheaded several large-scale data center and business transformation projects for a Global 50 company. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.

Sacha Gera

President, SaaS & Cloud Communications

Sacha Gera leads the SaaS and Cloud Communications business unit focused on making frictionless communications, available on any device, anywhere and enabling transformation of communications to the cloud. As the co-founder of Kandy.io he experienced the same CTO, COO and Entrepreneur challenges faced by the customers he serves. He’s a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award by the OBJ & Ottawa Board of Trade, Sacha is experienced building high performance cultures and grooming the next generation of leaders. Mr. Gera is a UCaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS evangelist and a regular keynote speaker at various industry conferences including Perspectives, Enterprise Connect, SaaS North and the Gartner Summit. He holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Computer-Systems Engineering from Carleton University.
